MODERNIZAR\u00c1N MECANISMOS DE CONSULTA EN BIBLIOTECAS Y ARCHIVOS DEL CONGRESO DE LA CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO PARA FORTALECER EL TRABAJO LEGISLATIVO<\/h3>\n

A partir de la modernizaci\u00f3n en los servicios de consulta del acervo<\/div>\n
legislativo que aportan y enriquecen el trabajo al interior de este<\/div>\n
\u00f3rgano y con ello el de los 66 diputados del Congreso de la Ciudad de<\/div>\n
M\u00e9xico, fue avalado por el Comit\u00e9 de Archivos y Bibliotecas el Plan<\/div>\n
Anual de Trabajo.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
En su intervenci\u00f3n, la diputada presidenta Paula Andrea Castillo<\/div>\n
Mendienta, del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n<\/div>\n
Democr\u00e1tica (PRD), dijo que es vital explorar e implementar la<\/div>\n
utilizaci\u00f3n de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, as\u00ed como aplicaciones<\/div>\n
electr\u00f3nicas que sean aptas para facilitar la consulta del acervo.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Enfatiz\u00f3 que este Plan de Trabajo incluye acciones que apoyar\u00e1n a<\/div>\n
crear v\u00ednculos con otras instituciones, a trav\u00e9s de la consulta e<\/div>\n
intercambio bibliotecario, as\u00ed como del mejoramiento de los espacios<\/div>\n
para el resguardo de libros y archivos.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Por su parte, el diputado Mauricio Tabe Echartea, del Grupo<\/div>\n
Parlamentario del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), precis\u00f3 que con la<\/div>\n
aprobaci\u00f3n de este Plan de Trabajo que incluye la utilizaci\u00f3n de<\/div>\n
herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas se puede organizar la informaci\u00f3n y darle<\/div>\n
mayor difusi\u00f3n al acervo existente. Por lo tanto, destac\u00f3 es vital<\/div>\n
fortalecer todo el archivo que tiene este Congreso y endurecer los<\/div>\n
v\u00ednculos con otras instituciones.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Al hacer uso de la palabra, el diputado Jorge Gavi\u00f1o Ambriz, del Grupo<\/div>\n
Parlamentario del Partido de la Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica (PRD), asever\u00f3<\/div>\n
que la obligaci\u00f3n incluye modernizar los instrumentos de trabajo<\/div>\n
legislativo y propuso fortalecer el Diario de los Debates, el cual es<\/div>\n
una herramienta de historia parlamentaria que completa lo que cada<\/div>\n
legislador expone en Tribuna, a partir de Iniciativas y Puntos de<\/div>\n
Acuerdo. “La congruencia entre lo que se piensa, entre lo que se dice<\/div>\n
y lo que se hace en un pol\u00edtico debe ser fundamental”, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Finalmente el legislador Eduardo Santill\u00e1n P\u00e9rez, del Grupo<\/div>\n
Parlamentario de MORENA, precis\u00f3 que es vital recuperar la cr\u00f3nica de<\/div>\n
la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, pero sobre todo, robustecer la capacitaci\u00f3n en<\/div>\n
materia de archivos y bibliotecas con el fin de fomentar la lectura.<\/div>\n
Resalt\u00f3 que es indispensable fiscalizar los Archivos de Notarias y del<\/div>\n
Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad y del Comercio, para conocer de qu\u00e9<\/div>\n
