BALIZAMIENTO DE VEH\u00cdCULOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En enero de 2022 la Alcaldesa de Cuauht\u00e9moc, Sandra Cuevas present\u00f3 la Controversia Constitucional en contra del Acuerdo 64\/2021 emitido por el Secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico,&nbsp;Omar Garc\u00eda&nbsp;Harfuch,&nbsp;en el que se fijan especificaciones para el balizamiento de veh\u00edculos oficiales y de polic\u00eda de proximidad con funciones de seguridad de diversas dependencias incluidas las Alcald\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda de hoy se notific\u00f3 por parte de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n&nbsp;la determinaci\u00f3n de improcedencia del recurso de Reclamaci\u00f3n intentado por la&nbsp;Consejeria Jur\u00eddica y de Servicios Legales del gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, al establecer que no le asiste la raz\u00f3n por considerar que debe no desecharse el medio de control constitucional que fue planteado por la Alcald\u00eda Cuauht\u00e9moc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acciones jur\u00eddicas concretas en defensa de la autonom\u00eda de la Alcald\u00eda Cuauht\u00e9moc, son acordes a los criterios de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, otorgando la posibilidad de un an\u00e1lisis detallado de los casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta Alcald\u00eda se mantiene firme en su compromiso de mantener un estado de Derecho en que impere la gobernabilidad en favor de los habitantes de Cuauht\u00e9moc, por lo que seguir\u00e1 denunciando los actos arbitrarios que se generen en invasi\u00f3n de las atribuciones
