Lograron superar a los instrumentos con activos compuestos por otros segmentos\u201d, indic\u00f3 la plataforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, aunque se ha mostrado resiliente, el sector tambi\u00e9n ha sido impactado por la crisis econ\u00f3mica global. Estas han sido factor clave para satisfacer la\u00a0demanda en mercados internacionales como Monterrey, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (CDMX), Tijuana, Quer\u00e9taro y Guanajuato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejemplo de ello es la actividad que Solili ha monitoreado en la primera mitad de 2022, periodo en el que Fibra Prologis destac\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>adquisiciones por m\u00e1s de 68 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>&nbsp;(mdd) y una ocupaci\u00f3n de 97.6% al primer trimestre (1T22).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, Terrafina anunci\u00f3 el&nbsp;<strong>desarrollo de tres inmuebles Clase A<\/strong>, uno de ellos hecho a la medida en Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, con un total de 60.3 mil metros cuadrados arrendados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fibra Uno, por su parte, report\u00f3 durante el 1T22 la entrega de un total de 36.4 mil metros cuadrados de bodegas log\u00edsticas prime; que incluyen una&nbsp;<strong>ampliaci\u00f3n en Tijuana Pac\u00edfico II<\/strong>, Tijuana Alamar VII y Tultitl\u00e1n II, as\u00ed como una parte de la fase 3 en Tepozpark.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente,&nbsp;<strong>Fibra Macquaire<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n se anota en los movimientos del a\u00f1o, pues integr\u00f3 en febrero dos nuevos desarrollos del segmento industrial a su portafolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubicados en Apodaca, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y en el \u00e1rea metropolitana de la CDMX,
