promoci\u00f3n y edificaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria relacionadas con la<strong>construcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica<\/strong>&nbsp;de un edificio los cuales incluyen materiales y mano de el&nbsp;<strong>financiamiento, dise\u00f1o y gastos administrativos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los&nbsp;<strong>costos blandos de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;debemos abarcar los siguientes de construcci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para<strong>&nbsp;preparar un presupuesto<\/strong>&nbsp;debes considerar que siempre salen algunos gastos extras y por ende debes seguir pasos que te class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cotizaci\u00f3n de materiales de construcci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Tiempos de inversi\u00f3n y retornos<\/li><li>Mano de obra y materiales requeridos de arranque<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La estimaci\u00f3n que se hace para esta etapa va de un&nbsp;<strong>30% al 50% de precisi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 los&nbsp;<strong>contratos est\u00e1n firmados<\/strong>&nbsp;entonces el presupuesto final se define gracias al<strong>&nbsp;an\u00e1lisis profundo de todos los panoramas<\/strong>&nbsp;y
