{"id":78893,"date":"2021-04-07T22:01:41","date_gmt":"2021-04-07T22:01:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=78893"},"modified":"2021-04-07T22:01:41","modified_gmt":"2021-04-07T22:01:41","slug":"segunda-sala-analizara-si-trabajadores-de-la-salud-pueden-reclamar-la-omision-de-las-autoridades-de-proveer-equipo-de-proteccion-contra-covid-19-traves-del-juicio-de-amparo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=78893","title":{"rendered":"SEGUNDA SALA ANALIZAR\u00c1 SI TRABAJADORES DE LA SALUD PUEDEN RECLAMAR LA OMISI\u00d3N DE LAS AUTORIDADES DE PROVEER EQUIPO DE PROTECCI\u00d3N CONTRA COVID-19 A TRAV\u00c9S DEL JUICIO DE AMPARO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">SEGUNDA SALA ANALIZAR\u00c1 SI TRABAJADORES DE LA SALUD PUEDEN RECLAMAR LA OMISI\u00d3N DE LAS AUTORIDADES DE PROVEER EQUIPO DE PROTECCI\u00d3N CONTRA COVID-19 A TRAV\u00c9S DEL JUICIO DE AMPARO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">En sesi\u00f3n remota, la Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n resolvi\u00f3 atraer un caso que requerir\u00e1 determinar si puede considerarse un acto de autoridad la omisi\u00f3n de proveer insumos necesarios para que las y los trabajadores de la salud cumplan sus labores en sus centros de trabajo, tanto a nivel federal como local, ante los riesgos para la salud que implica la enfermedad COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">El caso se vincula con un grupo de profesionales de la salud que reclama a las autoridades de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico la falta de dotaci\u00f3n de equipo m\u00e9dico y mantenimiento de las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de limpieza y desinfecci\u00f3n necesarias para llevar a cabo sus labores, en el contexto de la pandemia generada por el virus SARS-CoV2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Al resolver el juicio de amparo, la Segunda Sala podr\u00e1 establecer cu\u00e1les son los alcances y l\u00edmites del derecho a la salud de los trabajadores del sector durante la contingencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Solicitud de Ejercicio de la Facultad de Atracci\u00f3n 427\/2020.
