{"id":77438,"date":"2021-03-18T00:26:25","date_gmt":"2021-03-18T00:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=77438"},"modified":"2021-03-18T00:26:25","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T00:26:25","slug":"segunda-sala-reconoce-validez-de-tarifas-de-interconexion-impuestas-por-el-ift-al-agente-economico-preponderante-en-el-sector-de-las-telecomunicaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=77438","title":{"rendered":"SEGUNDA SALA RECONOCE VALIDEZ DE TARIFAS DE INTERCONEXI\u00d3N IMPUESTAS POR EL IFT AL AGENTE ECON\u00d3MICO PREPONDERANTE EN EL SECTOR DE LAS TELECOMUNICACIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">SEGUNDA SALA RECONOCE VALIDEZ DE TARIFAS DE INTERCONEXI\u00d3N IMPUESTAS POR EL IFT AL AGENTE ECON\u00d3MICO PREPONDERANTE EN EL SECTOR DE LAS TELECOMUNICACIONES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">La Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n confirm\u00f3 la legalidad del acuerdo emitido por el Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) que estableci\u00f3 las condiciones t\u00e9cnicas m\u00ednimas para la interconexi\u00f3n entre concesionarios que operan redes p\u00fablicas de telecomunicaciones y determin\u00f3 las tarifas de interconexi\u00f3n para 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">La Sala explic\u00f3 que, con el objeto de eliminar eficazmente las barreras a la competencia y la libre concurrencia en el sector, el art\u00edculo 28 de la Constituci\u00f3n Federal otorga al IFT las facultades para imponer medidas asim\u00e9tricas en tarifas e infraestructuras de red en el mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Reafirm\u00f3 que el Instituto es un \u00f3rgano aut\u00f3nomo que tiene a su cargo la regulaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n del uso, aprovechamiento y explotaci\u00f3n del espectro radioel\u00e9ctrico, las redes y la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios de radiodifusi\u00f3n y telecomunicaciones. En ese contexto, confirm\u00f3 las tarifas de interconexi\u00f3n que ese \u00f3rgano impuso al agente econ\u00f3mico preponderante en el sector de las telecomunicaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Amparos en revisi\u00f3n 1071\/2019 y 521\/2020.
