{"id":74208,"date":"2021-02-04T00:13:26","date_gmt":"2021-02-04T00:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=74208"},"modified":"2021-02-04T00:13:26","modified_gmt":"2021-02-04T00:13:26","slug":"la-segunda-sala-reitera-que-las-organizaciones-sindicales-deben-garantizar-procedimientos-internos-democraticos-y-transparentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=74208","title":{"rendered":"LA SEGUNDA SALA REITERA QUE LAS ORGANIZACIONES SINDICALES DEBEN GARANTIZAR PROCEDIMIENTOS INTERNOS DEMOCR\u00c1TICOS Y TRANSPARENTES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">LA SEGUNDA SALA REITERA QUE LAS ORGANIZACIONES SINDICALES DEBEN GARANTIZAR PROCEDIMIENTOS INTERNOS DEMOCR\u00c1TICOS Y TRANSPARENTES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">La Segunda Sala de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n, en sesi\u00f3n remota, reiter\u00f3 la constitucionalidad de diversos art\u00edculos de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, publicada el 1\u00b0 de mayo de 2019, relativos a promover pr\u00e1cticas democr\u00e1ticas, de transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas al interior de las organizaciones sindicales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">La Sala reafirm\u00f3 que la exigencia del voto personal, libre, directo y secreto para la elecci\u00f3n de las directivas de los sindicatos y de los contratos colectivos no viola los derechos de autonom\u00eda y libertad sindical, pues es una medida que garantiza la democracia interna de los sindicatos y protege la voluntad de los trabajadores agremiados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Adem\u00e1s, ha sido criterio de la Sala concluir que las organizaciones sindicales est\u00e1n obligadas a rendir cuentas completas y detalladas de la administraci\u00f3n de su patrimonio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Todas estas medidas est\u00e1n dirigidas a garantizar que, al interior de las organizaciones sindicales, se respete la voluntad de los trabajadores y se promueva la transparencia en el manejo del patrimonio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-originalfontsize=\"12pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Con las resoluciones dictadas en esta fecha se establece jurisprudencia por reiteraci\u00f3n de criterios conforme a la Ley de Amparo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span data-removefontsize=\"true\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"16\">Amparos en revisi\u00f3n 47\/2020, 49\/2020, 52\/2020, 55\/2020, 67\/2020 y 68\/2020.
