es del 23 por ciento<\/p>\n<p>Roc\u00edo Nahle, secretaria de Energ\u00eda, durante la conferencia matutina en Palacio Nacional, explic\u00f3 que el acuerdo con la Organizaci\u00f3n de Pa\u00edses Exportadores de Petr\u00f3leo (OPEP), permiti\u00f3 a M\u00e9xico reducir s\u00f3lo en 100 mil barriles por d\u00eda o sea un 6.0 por ciento de su producci\u00f3n, mientras que la reducci\u00f3n para el resto de los pa\u00edses miembros es del 23 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>La funcionaria dijo que la intervenci\u00f3n del gobierno de Donald Trump a favor de M\u00e9xico en la negociaci\u00f3n con la OPEP al comprometerse a disminuir en 250 mil barriles diarios menos, contribuy\u00f3 a que el pa\u00eds no tenga que reducir su producci\u00f3n en la misma escala que el resto de las naciones M\u00e9xico ven\u00eda reduciendo su producci\u00f3n de crudo durante 14 a\u00f1os, y durante la presente administraci\u00f3n con las reformas realizadas, se hab\u00eda logrado repuntar la extracci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo, ese fue el argumento esgrimido ante las naciones productoras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa reducci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n de crudo es derivada de las condiciones impuestas por la pandemia del coronavirus (Covid-19) porque la movilidad en el mundo se contrajo, con lo que repercuti\u00f3 de inmediato en el sector al generarse una reducci\u00f3n en la demanda de 16 mil millones de barriles diariamente\u201d, precis\u00f3 Roc\u00edo Nahle.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que adem\u00e1s los pa\u00edses productores no cuentan con capacidad de almacenamiento suficiente para poder mantener la generaci\u00f3n de petr\u00f3leo en los mismos niveles que se han mantenido hasta antes de la emergencia sanitaria, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 la secretaria de Energ\u00eda a mediados de mayo se cubre esa capacidad mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que M\u00e9xico pertenece a los pa\u00edses No OPEP u OPEP Plus, grupo que est\u00e1 constituido mediante convenios a la organizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante de naciones productoras de petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn el mundo la demanda ha bajado en 16 mil millones de barriles diarios, los aviones han dejado de circular, la movilidad baj\u00f3, no hay demanda de combustibles para abril era de 16 mil millones diarios\u201d, explic\u00f3 la secretaria al recalcar los beneficios para el pa\u00eds en la negociaci\u00f3n realizada en d\u00edas
