La FGR acusa a Jos\u00e9 Luis Escudero de secuestro agravado, por lo que le impusieron prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa mientras contin\u00faan las investigaciones<\/p>\n

Un juez federal vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Jos\u00e9 Luis Escudero Escand\u00f3n “El Quieto”, supuesto integrante del C\u00e1rtel de los Arellano F\u00e9lix,\u00a0quien fue acusado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) de secuestro agravado.<\/p>\n

El juzgador impuso la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa a Escudero Escand\u00f3n en el Centro Federal de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social 14 de Durango mientras la FGR contin\u00faa con sus investigaciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Su detenci\u00f3n\u00a0ocurri\u00f3 en cumplimiento a una orden emitida por el Juez de Distrito Especializado en el Sistema Penal Acusatorio, en funciones de Juez de Control, adscrito al Centro de Justicia Penal Federal\u00a0 en Ensenada, Baja California.<\/div>\n

Elementos de la Polic\u00eda Federal Ministerial (PFM) realizaron la captura en el municipio de Canc\u00fan, Quintana Roo,\u00a0sin efectuar un solo disparo.<\/p>\n

El juez que vincul\u00f3 a proceso a “El Quieto” concedi\u00f3 dos meses de plazo para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De acuerdo con las autoridades federales, “El Quieto” participaba de las actividades del C\u00e1rtel de los Arellano F\u00e9lix tales como el acopio de armas, delitos contra la salud y secuestro, delitos cometidos principalmente en los municipios de Ensenada y Tecate, en el estado de Baja California.<\/p>\n

El secuestro por el que se le se\u00f1al\u00f3 fue cometido en contra de una mujer en agosto de 2019 quien refiri\u00f3 que en cautiverio fue agredida f\u00edsicamente por parte de sus plagiarios.<\/p>\n
