Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<header class=\"news-header\">\n<div class=\"news-subtitle\">\n<p>La dependencia se\u00f1ala que las dos veces que fue detenido Ricardo &#8220;N&#8221;, alias &#8220;La Loca&#8221;, fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la delegaci\u00f3n federal de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"news-content\">\n<div class=\"news-body row\">\n<p>Luego de que el gobernador de Veracruz, Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda se\u00f1alara que la Fiscal\u00eda del Estado hab\u00eda liberado en menos de 48 horas en julio pasado al presunto responsable del ataque al &#8220;Bar Caballo Blanco&#8221; en Coatzacoalcos, que <strong>hasta el momento ha dejado 26 muertos<\/strong>, la dependencia asegur\u00f3 que estas declaraciones son falsas.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, <strong>la Fiscal\u00eda de Veracruz detall\u00f3 que Ricardo &#8220;N&#8221;, alias &#8220;La Loca&#8221;, fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la delegaci\u00f3n federal de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica el pasado 18 de julio, por lo que &#8220;resulta imposible haberlo &#8216;liberado&#8217;, desconociendo el tr\u00e1mite que haya seguido la carpeta ante la delegaci\u00f3n estatal Veracruz de la FGR&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda explic\u00f3 que Ricardo \u201cN\u201d fue detenido por segunda ocasi\u00f3n el 7 de agosto del presente a\u00f1o por elementos de la Polic\u00eda Naval, y fue puesto nuevamente a disposici\u00f3n de la delegaci\u00f3n estatal de la FGR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;En ninguna de las dos detenciones realizadas a Ricardo &#8216;N&#8217; en los \u00faltimos dos meses (\u2026) fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado&#8221;<\/strong>, reiter\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Durante una entrevista radiof\u00f3nica, <strong>Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el presunto agresor del bar fue detenido en esas ocasiones por haber provocado otros incendios en diversos locales comerciales de la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, la FGE pidi\u00f3 al mandatario estatal que precise la informaci\u00f3n dada a conocer sobre el tema y advierten que <strong>&#8220;una tragedia no debe utilizarse para distorsionar hechos ni confundir a la opini\u00f3n
