IMPLEMENTAN CONSEJO CIUDADANO Y PGJ NUEVO MODELO DE GESTI\u00d3N DE DENUNCIAS PARA PREVENIR Y COMBATIR EL DELITO<\/h3>\n

El esquema de trabajo que dieron a conocer Bernardo G\u00f3mez del Campo D\u00edaz Barreiro, titular de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), adscrito a la PGJ, y Salvador Guerrero Chipr\u00e9s, presidente del Consejo Ciudadano, se basa en una mayor coordinaci\u00f3n, inteligencia y an\u00e1lisis de los hechos delictivos que m\u00e1s afectan a la ciudadan\u00eda y que son reportados en la L\u00ednea de Seguridad 5533-5533<\/a> y el Chat de Confianza 55 5533-5533<\/a>.<\/span>El Consejo Ciudadano para la Seguridad y Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), dieron a conocer la implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo modelo de colaboraci\u00f3n ciudadano con el fin de ofrecer a la ciudadan\u00eda respuestas m\u00e1s oportunas y eficaces en la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia y prevenci\u00f3n del delito de alto impacto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mensualmente, el Consejo Ciudadano recibe aproximadamente 26 mil llamadas en la L\u00ednea de Seguridad 5533-5533<\/a>. En lo que va del a\u00f1o, 11 mil 700 han sido para reportar delitos de alto impacto como extorsi\u00f3n, fraudes, maltrato infantil grave, narcomenudeo, secuestro, robo a negocios, Trata de personas, violaci\u00f3n y violencia familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n

“El modelo se basa en un esquema paritario en el que se refieren a la autoridad las denuncias relevantes y \u00e9sta comparte resultados con el Consejo, es decir, es un modelo de contrarreferencia. Un proyecto in\u00e9dito en Am\u00e9rica Latina de coordinaci\u00f3n entre ciudadan\u00eda y gobierno”, expres\u00f3 Salvador Guerrero Chipr\u00e9s, presidente del Consejo Ciudadano.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inform\u00f3 que el modelo se ha implementado, como piloto, desde abril y durante ese tiempo se compartieron 57 casos relevantes a la PDI. Por ejemplo, de ellos se han iniciado carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n que incluso permitieron lograr el rescate de dos menores que sufr\u00edan maltrato por parte de su madre en la alcald\u00eda de Tlalpan, investigaci\u00f3n de delitos de extorsi\u00f3n y fraude en diversos puntos de la Ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, Bernardo G\u00f3mez Del Campo D\u00edaz Barreiro, jefe General de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que “lo que estamos haciendo en la Procuradur\u00eda es atender la cifra negra de delitos de alto impacto, la que no se vierte en una denuncia, en una carpeta formal ante un Ministerio P\u00fablico”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Agreg\u00f3 que con el nuevo modelo se incentiva la denuncia ciudadana, lo que permite que los agentes investigadores contacten a las v\u00edctimas, formalicen su denuncia y a trav\u00e9s de labores de inteligencia se resuelvan los il\u00edcitos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que para este prop\u00f3sito se cre\u00f3 un grupo de 71 mujeres que atender\u00e1n a las v\u00edctimas en las coordinaciones territoriales; cuentan con un perfil de inteligencia social para procesar los datos y resolver los casos.<\/span><\/p>\n

De esta manera, el Consejo Ciudadano y la PGJ, a trav\u00e9s de la PDI, buscan prevenir el delito con informaci\u00f3n y datos que garantizan calidad, accesibilidad y pertinencia para que la autoridad establezca los mecanismos de reacci\u00f3n inmediata o la apertura de carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n ante el MP, de acuerdo con el caso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
