{"id":22600,"date":"2019-04-05T15:14:36","date_gmt":"2019-04-05T15:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/horario-de-verano-afecta-mas-a-personas-con-trastorno-de-sueno\/"},"modified":"2019-04-05T15:14:36","modified_gmt":"2019-04-05T15:14:36","slug":"horario-de-verano-afecta-mas-a-personas-con-trastorno-de-sueno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=22600","title":{"rendered":"Horario de verano afecta m\u00e1s a personas con trastorno de sue\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Horario de verano afecta m\u00e1s a personas con trastorno de sue\u00f1o<\/p>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<p>Este s\u00e1bado 6 de marzo adelantar una hora el reloj antes de dormir<\/p>\n<p>* Estiman que primer lunes del cambio aumentan accidentes vehiculares<\/p>\n<p>Las personas con insomnio o alg\u00fan otro padecimiento relacionado con problemas de sue\u00f1o son quienes m\u00e1s resultan afectadas por el horario de verano, el cual entrar\u00e1 en vigor este domingo en la mayor\u00eda de los estados del territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El cambio de horario consiste en adelantar una hora el reloj, por ello la recomendaci\u00f3n principal de los especialistas es dormir, ma\u00f1ana s\u00e1bado, 60 minutos antes de lo acostumbrado.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los s\u00edntomas es la dificultad para empezar a dormir, indic\u00f3 el investigador de la Cl\u00ednica de Trastornos del Sue\u00f1o de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM), Ulises Jim\u00e9nez Correa.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista con Notimex, asegur\u00f3 que si a esas personas se les pide ir a la cama una hora antes el s\u00e1bado por la noche, el insomnio incrementar\u00e1. \u201cCl\u00ednicamente hablando, el paciente tiene m\u00e1s problemas para conciliar el sue\u00f1o, y si se tiene alg\u00fan trastorno tambi\u00e9n pudiera verse incrementado si es que sentimos que nos est\u00e1n despertando una hora antes\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl paciente insomne se le acaba el sue\u00f1o antes de lo necesario, llega un punto en que cuando ya se tienen que levantar, apenas se est\u00e1n empezando a dormir, esa es otra queja muy frecuente. Quien tiene insomnio s\u00ed padece m\u00e1s este cambio de horario\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de personas, dijo, hallan dificultades al levantarse, problemas de concentraci\u00f3n, sensaci\u00f3n incomodidad, intranquilidad, cansancio, somnolencia, sobre todo en las primeras horas de la ma\u00f1ana y durante la primera semana del cambio de horario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsto se ve reflejado, en general, en quienes tienen trastornos del sue\u00f1o, una persona que no tiene trastornos del dormir tendr\u00e1 algunas molestias los primeros d\u00edas del horario de verano, pero se espera durante esta semana lo superen\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Jim\u00e9nez Correa destac\u00f3 que seg\u00fan reportes de la literatura cient\u00edfica durante el primer lunes del horario de verano se registra un aumento en el n\u00famero de accidentes vehiculares.<\/p>\n<p>Ante dichas cifras, el m\u00e9dico recomend\u00f3 procurar dormir bien este fin de semana para disminuir el riesgo de tener este lunes alg\u00fan percance vial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestro cerebro est\u00e1 dotado de una estructura que funciona como reloj biol\u00f3gico, no es tan sencillo decirle a la gente du\u00e9rmete o lev\u00e1ntate a tal hora, nuestro cerebro tienen su manera de operar, y le toma unos d\u00edas ajustarse\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de atender la sugerencia de acostarse y levantarse una hora antes, el especialista recomend\u00f3 ejecutar esas mismas medidas un d\u00eda antes, a fin de amortiguar las posibles implicaciones que traiga para cada persona este cambio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIndependientemente de si hay o no horario de verano, la instrucci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuada ser\u00eda, lev\u00e1ntate una hora antes el s\u00e1bado para que ese d\u00eda no tengas problema para empezar a dormir, y levantarse temprano el domingo ya con el horario\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El especialista exhort\u00f3 a evitar la siesta el s\u00e1bado y domingo, a fin de que haya facilidad para dormir durante la noche. Hizo hincapi\u00e9 a la no automedicaci\u00f3n si hay problemas de insomnio.<\/p>\n<p>El horario de verano tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de siete meses y no aplicar\u00e1 en los estados de Sonora, Quintana Roo y Baja California, el pr\u00f3ximo cambio de hora se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el 27 de octubre de 2019, cuando el resto de las entidades federativas adelanten el reloj una hora.<\/p>\n<p>Con
