{"id":19306,"date":"2019-03-06T03:13:17","date_gmt":"2019-03-06T03:13:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/aprueban-en-comisiones-el-dictamen-para-comenzar-el-proceso-de-designacion-de-los-fiscales-general-de-justicia-y-anticorrupcion\/"},"modified":"2019-03-06T03:13:17","modified_gmt":"2019-03-06T03:13:17","slug":"aprueban-en-comisiones-el-dictamen-para-comenzar-el-proceso-de-designacion-de-los-fiscales-general-de-justicia-y-anticorrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=19306","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBAN EN COMISIONES EL DICTAMEN PARA COMENZAR EL PROCESO DE DESIGNACI\u00d3N DE LOS FISCALES GENERAL DE JUSTICIA Y ANTICORRUPCI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>APRUEBAN EN COMISIONES EL DICTAMEN PARA COMENZAR EL PROCESO DE\u00a0DESIGNACI\u00d3N DE LOS FISCALES GENERAL DE JUSTICIA Y ANTICORRUPCI\u00d3N<\/p>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<p>Se propone que el nombramiento del titular de la Fiscal\u00eda<br \/>General de Justicia sea <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/1\">el 15 de diciembre<\/a> de este a\u00f1o<\/p>\n<p>El proceso comenzar\u00e1 en octubre pr\u00f3ximo, con el lanzamiento<br \/>de la convocatoria<\/p>\n<p>Integrantes de las comisiones unidas de Puntos Constitucionales e<br \/>Iniciativas Ciudadanas, en conjunto con los de las de Administraci\u00f3n y<br \/>Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, aprobaron<br \/>el dictamen que establece el calendario legislativo para designar a los<br \/>fiscales General de Justicia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la entrada en<br \/>vigor de ambas Fiscal\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>En el proyecto avalado por las diputadas y diputados se establece que el<br \/>Fiscal General de Justicia ser\u00e1 designado a m\u00e1s tardar el 15 de<br \/>diciembre de este a\u00f1o y entrar\u00e1 en funciones el 10 de enero del a\u00f1o<br \/>2020.<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen modifica los art\u00edculos transitorios D\u00e9cimo, D\u00e9cimo<br \/>Primero, D\u00e9cimo S\u00e9ptimo y Vig\u00e9simo Tercero de la Constituci\u00f3n de la<br \/>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como algunos transitorios de la Ley Org\u00e1nica<br \/>del Poder Judicial y de la Ley de la Sala Constitucional del Poder<br \/>Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso, seg\u00fan el dictamen aprobado, iniciar\u00e1 en mayo con las<br \/>convocatorias para los aspirantes al Consejo Judicial Ciudadano; el<br \/>Congreso tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 designar a las y los integrantes de este<br \/>consejo a m\u00e1s tardar <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/3\">el 30 de septiembre de 2019<\/a>. Y este consejo ser\u00e1<br \/>el encargado de nombrar a los miembros del Consejo de la Judicatura, a<br \/>m\u00e1s tardar <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/4\">el 15 de diciembre<\/a> de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En la propuesta presentada por el diputado Eduardo Santill\u00e1n P\u00e9rez,<br \/>integrante del grupo parlamentario de MORENA, se establece que el<br \/>proceso para la elecci\u00f3n del Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Electoral inicie<br \/>con la convocatoria en octubre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, el Tribunal Superior de Justicia designar\u00e1 a los integrantes<br \/>de la Sala Constitucional a m\u00e1s tardar <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/5\">el 1 de diciembre<\/a> y no el 30 de<br \/>septiembre de este a\u00f1o, como inicialmente se hab\u00eda establecido. La<br \/>instalaci\u00f3n de los Juzgados de Tutela de Derechos Humanos se<br \/>realizar\u00eda <a dir=\"ltr\" href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/6\">el 31 de julio<\/a> del a\u00f1o 2020, de acuerdo con la propuesta.<\/p>\n<p>El diputado Eduardo Santill\u00e1n sostuvo que este proceso ser\u00e1 observado<br \/>por la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas, por ello se realizar\u00e1n<br \/>foros para construir el andamiaje jur\u00eddico que requieren los cambios de<br \/>fondo en las leyes de esta ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Este dictamen deber\u00e1 ser enviado al pleno para que en una
