DIPUTADOS EXHORTAN A LOS ALCALDES DE LA CDMX A DESTINAR RECURSOS PARA LAS ESTANCIAS INFANTILES<\/h3>\n

A propuesta del diputado Christian Damian von Roehrich, la Mesa<\/div>\n
Directiva del Congreso de la ciudad turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n de<\/div>\n
Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica local el punto de acuerdo para exhortar a los<\/div>\n
alcaldes a que destinen recursos a los centros infantiles de la Ciudad<\/div>\n
de M\u00e9xico y garanticen el funcionamiento del Programa de Guarder\u00edas y<\/div>\n
Estancias Infantiles para Apoyar a Madres Trabajadoras<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
El diputado del grupo parlamentario del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional afirm\u00f3<\/div>\n
que al t\u00e9rmino de 2018 la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social contaba con 9<\/div>\n
mil 563 estancias infantiles, en las que atend\u00eda a 329 mil 749 ni\u00f1as y<\/div>\n
ni\u00f1os\u00a0 en las 32 entidades.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Del total de estancias, 2 mil 280 atendieron a m\u00e1s de 4 mil ni\u00f1as y<\/div>\n
ni\u00f1os con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
En la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico existen 502 estancias infantiles en las 16<\/div>\n
alcald\u00edas que est\u00e1n integradas al programa que operaba la Secretaria<\/div>\n
de Desarrollo Social, en la administraci\u00f3n pasada, dijo.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Durante su exposici\u00f3n Von Roehrich mencion\u00f3 que el Presupuesto de<\/div>\n
Egresos del 2019 asign\u00f3 al Programa de Estancias Infantiles \u00fanicamente<\/div>\n
poco m\u00e1s\u00a0 de 2 mil millones de pesos, lo que representa un recorte del<\/div>\n
50%\u00a0 respecto de los 4 mil 70 millones entregados en 2018.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Un estudio de la Organizaci\u00f3n Save the Children M\u00e9xico sobre el<\/div>\n
impacto de este recorte presupuestal, elaborado con informaci\u00f3n de 50<\/div>\n
estancias infantiles de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y \u00e1rea metropolitana,<\/div>\n
sostiene que 23% de estos espacios tuvo que aumentar el costo de<\/div>\n
recuperaci\u00f3n por ni\u00f1o para poder continuar operando.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Von Roehrich agreg\u00f3 que el alcalde Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Santiago Taboada, ya<\/div>\n
se reuni\u00f3 con los operadores de nueve estancias infantiles que atienden<\/div>\n
a m\u00e1s de 427 ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, y se comprometi\u00f3 a que la alcald\u00eda se<\/div>\n
har\u00e1 cargo financiera y administrativamente de ellas para que no dejen<\/div>\n
de funcionar.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
“Proponemos que las instancias infantiles que existen en la Ciudad de<\/div>\n
M\u00e9xico, en todas las alcald\u00edas, las y los alcaldes puedan destinar los<\/div>\n
recursos necesarios para que le demos certeza a estos ni\u00f1os que van a<\/div>\n
quedar en la indefensi\u00f3n”.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Por ello es que se exhorta a las alcald\u00edas en \u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n,<\/div>\n
Azcapotzalco,\u00a0 Coyoac\u00e1n, Cuajimalpa, Cuauht\u00e9moc, Gustavo A. Madero,<\/div>\n
Iztacalco, Iztapalapa, Magdalena Contreras, Miguel Hidalgo, Milpa Alta,<\/div>\n
Tl\u00e1huac, Tlalpan, Venustiano Carranza y Xochimilco, para que destinen<\/div>\n
los recursos necesarios a fin de garantizar por su conducto, la<\/div>\n
