El mejor homenaje a nuestra Carta Magna es conducirnos con responsabilidad gobernantes y gobernados, para alcanzar el bien com\u00fan de los mexicanos”, asegur\u00f3 el presidente municipal de Huixquilucan, Enrique Vargas del Villar, al conmemorar el CII aniversario de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n de 1917. <\/p>\n
Al tambi\u00e9n publicar el Bando Municipal que habr\u00e1 de regir los destinos de Huixquilucan durante el 2019, Vargas del Villar destac\u00f3 que con este ordenamiento se est\u00e1 perseverando el estado de derecho de los huixquiluquenses, especialmente en lo concerniente a la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes. <\/p>\n
Inform\u00f3, que para este a\u00f1o se actualizaron las comisiones de Atenci\u00f3n a la Violencia en contra de las Mujeres; la de Prevenci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n de Conflictos Laborales; as\u00ed como la de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales. <\/p>\n
En la sala de Cabildos del Palacio Municipal, el Edil record\u00f3 que el 5 de febrero de 1917 se formaliz\u00f3 la defensa de los derechos sociales, “cada palabra contenida en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, nos exhorta y alienta a fortalecer nuestros derechos humanos fundamentales”, enfatiz\u00f3. <\/p>\n
Record\u00f3 que hace 102 a\u00f1os qued\u00f3 asentado en la Constituci\u00f3n, la divisi\u00f3n de poderes, la soberan\u00eda de las entidades federativas y los municipios, con personalidad jur\u00eddica, patrimonio y presupuesto acorde a las necesidades de cada uno. <\/p>\n
