{"id":15303,"date":"2019-01-26T16:34:55","date_gmt":"2019-01-26T16:34:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/diez-mil-sistemas-de-captacion-de-agua-de-lluvia-se-instalaran-en-igual-numero-de-viviendas-en-las-alcaldias-de-iztapalapa-y-xochimilco\/"},"modified":"2019-01-26T16:34:55","modified_gmt":"2019-01-26T16:34:55","slug":"diez-mil-sistemas-de-captacion-de-agua-de-lluvia-se-instalaran-en-igual-numero-de-viviendas-en-las-alcaldias-de-iztapalapa-y-xochimilco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=15303","title":{"rendered":"DIEZ MIL SISTEMAS DE CAPTACI\u00d3N DE AGUA DE LLUVIA SE INSTALAR\u00c1N EN IGUAL N\u00daMERO DE VIVIENDAS EN LAS ALCALD\u00cdAS DE IZTAPALAPA Y XOCHIMILCO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"post-title entry-title\">DIEZ MIL SISTEMAS DE CAPTACI\u00d3N DE AGUA DE LLUVIA SE INSTALAR\u00c1N EN IGUAL N\u00daMERO DE VIVIENDAS EN LAS ALCALD\u00cdAS DE IZTAPALAPA Y XOCHIMILCO<\/h3>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Agua del Congreso de la Ciudad de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 su Informe Trimestral de Actividades,\u00a0 en el cual la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">diputada presidenta, Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Aguilar Solache, afirm\u00f3 que<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">fueron aprobadas las Reglas de Operaci\u00f3n del Programa de Sistemas de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Captaci\u00f3n de Agua de Lluvia en Viviendas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La legisladora Aguilar Solache del Grupo Parlamentario de MORENA<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">detall\u00f3 que este programa es manejado por la Secretar\u00eda del Medio<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Ambiente e implica la creaci\u00f3n de una cultura del agua que vincula a la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">ciudadan\u00eda nuevamente con el ciclo de agua.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Programa Sistemas de Captaci\u00f3n de Agua de Lluvia en la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico considera como objetivo instalar, en su primera etapa,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">10,000 SCALL (sistemas de captaci\u00f3n de agua de lluvia) que<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">beneficiar\u00e1n a igual n\u00famero de viviendas en las alcald\u00edas de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Iztapalapa y Xochimilco.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La selecci\u00f3n de estas alcald\u00edas se hizo atendiendo, no s\u00f3lo los<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">niveles de precariedad, sino tambi\u00e9n que son zonas colindantes y con<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">una extensi\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica manejable, lo que permitir\u00e1, en un primer<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">a\u00f1o, la construcci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de capacidades t\u00e9cnicas de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">instalaci\u00f3n, facilitar el proceso de acompa\u00f1amiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">los SCALL.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">En el caso particular de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, el principal problema del<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">manejo del agua ha sido una gesti\u00f3n h\u00eddrica inadecuada. La ciudad<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">importa m\u00e1s de 40% de su agua de fuentes distantes, y no cuenta con la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">infraestructura\u00a0 necesaria para su captaci\u00f3n ni para su reciclaje.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Actualmente 18% de la poblaci\u00f3n no recibe agua todos los d\u00edas, y 32%<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">no cuenta con el agua suficiente para atender sus necesidades m\u00e1s<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">b\u00e1sicas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Por ello Aguilar Solache afirm\u00f3 que los beneficios de este programa son<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">la reducci\u00f3n del flujo de agua a los drenajes; disminuye la cantidad de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">energ\u00eda para bombear y transportar agua a las viviendas; permite la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">autosuficiencia\u00a0 en el suministro de agua, al menos entre 5 y 8 meses<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">del a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s contribuye a la no sobre explotaci\u00f3n del acu\u00edfero y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">a su recuperaci\u00f3n al reducir la demanda.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Por \u00faltimo la presidenta hizo un reconocimiento a la Comisi\u00f3n de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Presupuesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica y a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, &#8220;pues<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">fueron las que aprobaron en el presupuesto para el Ejercicio Fiscal<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">2019, el recurso de 200 millones de pesos para este programa&#8221;, dijo.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DIEZ MIL
