Tenemos en puerta la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">selecci\u00f3n del comisionado, estuvimos trabajando en la convocatoria. La<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">tenemos lista, y el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda de sesi\u00f3n se va a subir para ser<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">aprobada, e iniciaremos despu\u00e9s el proceso para entrevistar a quienes<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">se registren, en forma totalmente abierta&#8221;, explic\u00f3 el diputado Jos\u00e9<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Emmanuel Vargas Bernal, presidente de esa comisi\u00f3n en el Congreso<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">local.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">El legislador, integrante del grupo parlamentario de MORENA, asegur\u00f3<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">que la convocatoria es amplia y plural, para abrir el espectro de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">candidatos y ubicar los mejores perfiles.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;El tema es muy amplio, hay muchos defensores de los derechos de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">v\u00edctimas y muchas comisiones de delito. No es lo mismo que derechos<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">humanos, que solo se encarga de la omisi\u00f3n de la autoridad. En este<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">caso nos encargamos de todo tipo de delitos, y es muy importante que se<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">cree esta comisi\u00f3n&#8221;, indic\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La convocatoria se dirige a organizaciones de la sociedad civil,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">organizaciones no gubernamentales, centros de investigaci\u00f3n, colegios,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">barras y asociaciones de profesionistas, instituciones acad\u00e9micas y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, a fin de que postulen sus propuestas, que<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">ser\u00e1n evaluadas en los rubros de formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, experiencia<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">laboral y experiencia en la defensa de v\u00edctimas de delito y violaci\u00f3n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">a derechos humanos.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Vargas Bernal destac\u00f3 que la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico es una de las pocas<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">entidades del pa\u00eds que a\u00fan no cuenta con un comisionado o comisionada<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">para la Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas, por lo que es fundamental y urgente la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">aprobaci\u00f3n de esta convocatoria.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Durante la segunda sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Especial a V\u00edctimas se discuti\u00f3 y aprob\u00f3 en forma un\u00e1nime el informe<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">trimestral de las actividades realizadas, que incluyeron la iniciativa y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">dictamen para la modificaci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos 80 y 115 de la Ley de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">V\u00edctimas para la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como diversos cursos<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">impartidos, reuniones de trabajo y la planeaci\u00f3n de pr\u00f3ximos foros.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Dentro de las labores, destaca el acercamiento con las autoridades<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">federales de la Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas, que han<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">ofrecido cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n al personal del Congreso de la Ciudad<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">de M\u00e9xico, y pl\u00e1ticas con diversas organizaciones de la sociedad<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">civil, que aportaron ideas sobre el rumbo de la convocatoria.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La diputada Evelyn Parra \u00c1lvarez, del grupo parlamentario del PRD,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta comisi\u00f3n ha tenido avances importantes en sus<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">trabajos, principalmente con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la convocatoria para la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">elecci\u00f3n de la terna que se enviar\u00e1 a la Jefa de Gobierno capitalina,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, para la designaci\u00f3n del titular de la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Comisi\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Ante la ausencia de algunos legisladores, la diputada Leticia Estrada<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Hern\u00e1ndez, de MORENA, propuso hacer un extra\u00f1amiento a los integrantes<\/div>\n<div id=\"yMail_cursorElementTracker_1548455367927\" dir=\"ltr\">de esta
