La fiscal\u00eda indic\u00f3 que contin\u00faa analizando a las otras tres personas que fallecieron en su traslado a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica confirm\u00f3 este lunes el fallecimiento de Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, \u201cEl Mencho\u201d<\/strong>, tras una prueba gen\u00e9tica del cuerpo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tarde de este lunes se report\u00f3 que los restos llegaron a las instalaciones de la\u00a0Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Materia de Delincuencia Organizada (Femdo) en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDerivado del\u00a0trabajo pericial\u00a0<\/strong>realizado por personal de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AIC), el\u00a0cuerpo de Rub\u00e9n ‘N’\u00a0<\/strong>ya fue identificado gen\u00e9ticamente\u201d, se\u00f1ala la FGR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fiscal\u00eda indic\u00f3 que elementos periciales y de la\u00a0Polic\u00eda Federal Ministerial\u00a0viajaron a la localidad de Tapalpa\u00a0<\/strong>para realizar el levantamiento y procesamiento de los cuerpos de las otras personas que fallecieron en el lugar del enfrentamiento armado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras que personal de la Femdo realiza las diligencias de reconocimiento y necropsias <\/strong>a los otros tres cuerpos de las personas que fallecieron en su traslado a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1ala que el Gabinete de Seguridad enviaron a la Femdo armamento asegurado <\/strong>en el operativo, como lanzagranadas, lanzacohetes, armas cortas, cartuchos \u00fatiles, un fusil Barrett. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y dos sujetos, <\/strong>presuntos integrantes del C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se encuentran a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades para resolver su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
