LA AGENCIA DE OPERACI\u00d3N E INNOVACI\u00d3N DIGITAL DE LA CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO<\/h3>\n<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n QP<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Local del Congreso de la Ciudad<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">de M\u00e9xico se reuni\u00f3 en mesa de trabajo con Jos\u00e9 Merino, titular de la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Agencia de Operaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n Digital, nueva dependencia del<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La reuni\u00f3n estuvo coordinada por la diputada Mar\u00eda Guadalupe Chavira<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">De la Rosa, presidenta de dicha comisi\u00f3n e integrante del Grupo<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Parlamentario de MORENA, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de que los<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">diputados del Congreso local conozcan el proyecto de esta agencia, para<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">enriquecerlo y fortalecerlo.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Merino explic\u00f3 que la Agencia de Operaci\u00f3n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">e Innovaci\u00f3n Digital permitir\u00e1 una mejor gesti\u00f3n gubernamental en<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">t\u00e9rminos de flujo de informaci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones, al generar<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">soluciones para el gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y todas las<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">dependencias p\u00fablicas de la capital, y optimizar recursos para la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">atenci\u00f3n de las demandas ciudadanas.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Al explicar a los legisladores locales el proyecto de la AOID, como una<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">propuesta de gobierno abierto, asegur\u00f3 que esta instancia ser\u00e1 una<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">puerta efectiva de la ciudadan\u00eda hacia el gobierno capitalino.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, el diputado Alberto Mart\u00ednez Urincho, de MORENA,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">puntualiz\u00f3 que la agencia debe funcionar como una alternativa del<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para atender las demandas ciudadanas, y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">fortalecer el modelo de gobierno abierto.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">El diputado Miguel \u00c1ngel Salazar Mart\u00ednez, del PRI, pregunt\u00f3 si en la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">propuesta presupuestal del Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico ya est\u00e1<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">asignado el recurso para el funcionamiento de esta agencia, y en<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">particular para la atenci\u00f3n inmediata de emergencias.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">El legislador V\u00edctor Hugo Lobo Rom\u00e1n, del PRD, cuestion\u00f3 el costo que<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">tendr\u00eda esta agencia para el gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, y los<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">canales que operar\u00eda para la atenci\u00f3n de la demanda ciudadana.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">La diputada Paula Soto Maldonado, de MORENA, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">acercar el gobierno a la ciudadan\u00eda, transparentar los instrumentos de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">atenci\u00f3n a las demandas y generar un nuevo esquema de soluciones.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Finalmente, el diputado Jorge Gavi\u00f1o Ambriz, del PRD, quien acudi\u00f3 a<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">la mesa de trabajo como invitado, cuestion\u00f3 por qu\u00e9 operar\u00e1 esta<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">agencia como un \u00f3rgano desconcentrado, con un fideicomiso y como un<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">organismo de concentraci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">En sus respuestas, Jos\u00e9 Merino confirm\u00f3 que la agencia funcionar\u00e1 al<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda, y que para la atenci\u00f3n de emergencias<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">actuar\u00e1 en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, s\u00f3lo<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">como una herramienta para trasmitir y gestionar informaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Aclar\u00f3 que la agencia no est\u00e1 pensada como un mecanismo de gesti\u00f3n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00fanica, sino como una forma eficiente de sistematizar las solicitudes de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">la ciudadan\u00eda. En ese sentido, asegur\u00f3 que se ha dialogado con las 16<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Alcald\u00edas y que todas han mostrado inter\u00e9s en sumarse a este proyecto.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Explic\u00f3 que se busca utilizar la infraestructura de conectividad que<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">posee el gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para no depender totalmente de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">la infraestructura privada de conectividad y telecomunicaciones, y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema propio de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Asegur\u00f3 que el funcionamiento de la agencia permitir\u00e1 un ahorro de 65<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">por ciento en el presupuesto que actualmente se utiliza para realizar<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">las funciones que desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1, y que el fideicomiso s\u00f3lo operar\u00e1<\/div>\n<div
