{"id":11550,"date":"2018-12-13T04:18:57","date_gmt":"2018-12-13T04:18:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/en-punto-nancy-herrera-guerrero-por-unanimidad-comisiones-unidas-del-congreso-de-la-ciudad-de-mexico-aprueban-dictamen-de-la-ley-organica-del-poder-ejecutivo-y-la-administracion-publica\/"},"modified":"2018-12-13T04:18:57","modified_gmt":"2018-12-13T04:18:57","slug":"en-punto-nancy-herrera-guerrero-por-unanimidad-comisiones-unidas-del-congreso-de-la-ciudad-de-mexico-aprueban-dictamen-de-la-ley-organica-del-poder-ejecutivo-y-la-administracion-publica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quehacerpolitico.mx\/?p=11550","title":{"rendered":"En Punto\/\/\/Nancy Herrera Guerrero\/\/\/POR UNANIMIDAD, COMISIONES UNIDAS DEL CONGRESO DE LA CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO APRUEBAN DICTAMEN DE LA LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DEL PODER EJECUTIVO Y LA ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"post-title entry-title\">POR UNANIMIDAD, COMISIONES UNIDAS DEL CONGRESO DE LA CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO APRUEBAN DICTAMEN DE LA LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DEL PODER EJECUTIVO Y LA ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N P\u00daBLICA<\/h3>\n<p>Por Nancy Herrera Guerrero<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Por unanimidad, las comisiones unidas de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Local<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">y de Normatividad, Estudios y Pr\u00e1cticas Parlamentarias del Congreso de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico aprobaron el Dictamen de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Ejecutivo y la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, el cual ser\u00e1 presentado ante<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">el Pleno de sesiones.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">En reuni\u00f3n de trabajo, la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">P\u00fablica Local, diputada Guadalupe Chavira de la Rosa, expuso que esta<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Ley se divide en diversos T\u00edtulos como el Poder Ejecutivo, la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Local, as\u00ed como el gobierno de coalici\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Esta Ley\u00a0 trae consigo una nueva visi\u00f3n eficiente para fortalecer<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">los derechos establecidos en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la Ciudad de<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">M\u00e9xico. Esta Ley es la conjunci\u00f3n de diferentes ideolog\u00edas reunidas<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">en el Congreso local&#8221;, dijo.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Con la aprobaci\u00f3n del Dictamen se fusiona la Secretar\u00eda de Ciencia y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Tecnolog\u00eda con la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n; adem\u00e1s se crea la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Secretar\u00eda de la Mujer que antes era Instituto; habr\u00e1 m\u00e1s claridad<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">sobre las facultades que tendr\u00e1 el Cabildo, el cual est\u00e1 integrado por<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">los alcaldes y la Jefa de Gobierno.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Asimismo, se homologa la Secretar\u00eda de Pueblos, Barrios y Comunidades<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Ind\u00edgenas tal y como lo establece la Carta Magna local.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">De acuerdo con el proyecto aprobado, en la reuni\u00f3n de comisiones<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">unidas, se har\u00e1 m\u00e1s eficiente y ordenado el costo que representa la<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">burocracia para la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Durante el an\u00e1lisis y discusi\u00f3n del Dictamen, las diputadas Margarita<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Salda\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez, del PAN y Yuriri Ayala Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, de MORENA hicieron<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">reservas al proyecto; tambi\u00e9n los diputados Miguel \u00c1ngel Salazar<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Mart\u00ednez, del PRI; V\u00edctor Hugo Lobo Rom\u00e1n, Jorge Gavi\u00f1o Ambriz,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">ambos del PRD y Jos\u00e9 Emmanuel Vargas Bernal, de MORENA.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Despu\u00e9s de desahogar cada una de las reservas presentadas por las<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">legisladoras y legisladores, en el proyecto se incluyeron las propuestas<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">hechas por las diputadas Margarita Salda\u00f1a Hern\u00e1ndez y Yuriri Ayala<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, as\u00ed como los diputados Miguel \u00c1ngel Salazar Mart\u00ednez y<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Jos\u00e9 Emmanuel Vargas Bernal.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">El proyecto de Dictamen fue votado y aprobado en
