pr\u00f3ximo senador por el estado de Chihuahua es investigado en su paso como delegado de los Programas Sociales de dicho estado, al contar con carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n en la FGR (Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica) y en la FISEL (Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos Electorales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este viernes y s\u00e1bado se espera la llegada del Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, acompa\u00f1ado de la pr\u00f3xima Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum, en una gira por Sonora, Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Nayarit y Baja California, donde militantes y l\u00edderes de Morena pedir\u00e1n audiencia con el mandatario para hacerle saber su inconformidad por la falta de claridad en el recurso ejercido por Loera de la Rosa en los Programas Sociales y la polarizaci\u00f3n que causa en esa zona del pa\u00eds, al anteponer sus interese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El expediente con n\u00famero 6750\/2022 se\u00f1ala a Juan Carlos, por robo de las becas del Bienestar Para el Adulto Mayor en contra de 4 mil adultos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que La FGR orden\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n contra el exdelegado de Bienestar por presuntos delitos electorales, seg\u00fan la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n FED\/CHIH\/JUA\/OOO2255\/2020, se le acusa de condicionar los apoyos de los programas sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las denuncias se indica que Loera de la Rosa condicionaba los programas de la Secretar\u00eda del Bienestar, y los hac\u00eda acompa\u00f1ar por tarjetas personalizadas que inclu\u00edan su nombre, cargo y redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como delegado de Programas para el Desarrollo fungi\u00f3 de 2018 a 2020, posteriormente renunci\u00f3 para contender como candidato a la gubernatura, al perder, regres\u00f3
