Potos\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0(FGE SLP) se\u00f1al\u00f3 a Fernando \u201cN\u201d por el\u00a0Delito de homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa.Por este delito, la autoridad potosina propondr\u00e1 una\u00a0<strong>sanci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>m\u00ednima de 12 a\u00f1os y seis meses y un m\u00e1ximo de 50 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ma\u00f1ana del s\u00e1bado 5 de agosto fue detenido&nbsp;<em>El Tibur\u00f3n<\/em>, quien el pasado 31 de julio golpe\u00f3 de manera brutal a un menor de edad dentro de un local de la cadena Subway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santiago \u201cN\u201d, de 15 a\u00f1os, recibi\u00f3 diversas lesiones que lo llevaron a ser atendido en un centro de salud, y posteriormente su madre interpuso una querella para que se capturara al responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n pudieron lograr su aseguramiento, luego de que se tramitara y consiguiera la correspondiente orden de
